册亨县召开“两基”复查“普实”验收工作调度会

2009年8月19日,我县召开“两基”复查“普实“验收工作调度会。会议由县政府办公室主任罗佐文主持,县委常委、县人民政府副县长高振敏、县人大常委会副主任黄明秋、县政府副县长王文正、县政协副主席梁群英等县四家班子领导出席会议。参加会议的有县直各部门主要负责人,各乡(镇)党委书记、乡(镇)长、乡(镇)分管领导,教辅站站长、乡(镇)中学校长、中心学校校长,县直学校校长,县乡“两基”业务员、联络员等共220余人。

在8月19日上午的大会上,县政协副主席梁群英传达了县委、县政府《关于调整、充实县“两基”巩固提高工作领导小组成员的通知》;县人大常委会副主任黄明秋传达了《册亨县“两基”复查及“普实”验收准备工作实施方案》〈册委[2009]第15号〉;县教育局局长康忠国分析了我县 “两基”、 “普实”工作现状,并提出下步工作建议;各乡(镇)党委书记或乡(镇)长在会上作了表态发言。

县人民政府副县长王文正在大会上作了讲话,他讲了四点意见:一是要充分肯定成绩,正确估价形势。他说,通过开展“两基”工作,我县教育事业有长足发展,但面临的形势依然十分严峻,2009年6月,省政府已明确将我县列为全省“两基”复查“普实”验收的十个受检县之一。我县的“两基”工作,已进入最后的冲刺阶段,但仍有一些薄弱环节和不足之处,需要我们采

1取强有力的措施,切实加以整改完善。二是要盯住核心指标,抓住关键问题。目前,我县“两基”工作的薄弱环节还是入学率、辍学率、完成率几个核心指标和扫盲工作的问题。“普实”工作中的薄弱环节还是实验操作熟练程度及档案资料的问题。薄弱环节就是主攻方向,我们要把核心指标盯死看牢,要紧紧围绕核心指标来制定工作方案、实施重点突破,要把握好、解决好领导重视、营造宣传氛围、抓好落实等几个关键问题。三是要加强督促检查,搞好对口帮扶。从8月底到9月初,督查工作的重点是“控辍保学”;从9月中旬到10月初,督查的重点是档案资料建设。他要求,县“两基” 、“普实”业务指导组要深入第一线,摸清情况、对症下药、解惑释疑,要避免浅尝辄止,跑马观花。要沉下去、站得高、看得准,指得正,导得好。县直部门、垂管部门要按照县委、县政府的要求,有钱出钱,有力出力,力所能及地帮助学校办实事、办好事。四是要加强教育管理,完善档案资料。在教育管理方面,要做到三个加强、三个提高(加强领导班子建设、提高教育管理水平;加强教师队伍建设、提高教育教学质量;加强师德师风建设,提高教师综合素质。在档案资料建设上,一要有责任心,二要确保真实性。

县委常委、常务副县长高振敏在最后的讲话中强调:一要统一思想,提高对迎检工作的认识。二要明确责任,加强对迎检工作的领导。三要突出重点,抓好薄弱环节的整改。四要加强督导,确保迎检工作落到实处。五要严肃纪律,确保迎检工作强力推进。希望全县各乡镇、各部门、各学校,发扬“团结拼搏、自加压力、负重奋进、敢于争先”的进取精神,下苦功夫,花大力气,啃“硬骨头”,齐心协力,扎实工作,为全面完成“两基”复查及“普实”验收任务,为推动我县经济社会又好又快发展而努力奋斗!

为扎实推进贵州省小学数学祝旭乡村名师工作室工作,提升主题研修活动的实效性,切实促进工作室学员专业成长。 2018年10月31日,贵州省小学数学祝旭乡村名师工作室开展课堂教学渗透数学文化“同课异构”活动暨第一期学员结业与第二期学员开班典礼在绥阳县洋川小学隆重举行。贵州省特级教师、省级督学、市管专家周国杰顾问,遵义市名校长、绥阳县十佳校长周国明顾问参会指导,工作室全体成员、学员50余人参加主题研讨活动。本次活动采取分领域、课堂行动观察研究实践为主模式,以省级规划课题“农村学校小学数学文化渗透实践研究”为研修主题,采取同课异构、专题讲座、评课议课、专家指导等形式扎实有效开展。

第一节课由工作室成员施恒老师执教三年级《分数的初步认识》。施老师紧紧围绕“数学文化”渗透展开教学,用核心问题“一半你想用什么方式表示”引发学生思考,激发学生探究欲望;进而学生通过自主创造,展示分享交流,感悟分数产生的发展历程,与古人对话,想象古人的思考,追根溯源中让数学更有价值,真正做到了从“冰冷的美丽”走向“火热的思考”。 创设分月饼的问题情境,让学生理解“平均分”,提出“把一个月饼分给两个小朋友能平均分吗?”驱动学生思考,通过学生说生活中分东西的故事,让学生感受数学来源于生活,增强了亲切感。在教学中用视频播放数学文化产生、发展的过程,让学生感受到浓浓的数学文化味。
