Goubuli Baozi(狗不理包子) Goubuli Baozi was created in 1858 by a native man named Gao Guiyou of wuqing county, his nickname is Gouzi. As his business was done well, he was always too busy to greet his customers. Therefore, people often played a joke on him and said that gouzi only cared about selling stuffed bunes but not about the people. As time went by, people changed Gouzi to Goubuli as his stuffed bun to Goubuli baozi.

Gui Fa Xiang Mahua (桂发祥麻花) Mahua was famous for its special tasty flavor, crispness and sweetness. It could be preserved for 3 Months in spring and antumn, and 2 months in summer. It was an excellent gift to friends.

校评优课教学反思:

《摘果子》教学反思

在学校组织的校评优课上我执教了《摘果子》一课。本节课的教学,我注意联系学生的生活实际,通过操作,使学生感受减法的含义。通过具体情境,让学生编数学故事,不仅练习了减法计算,而且有利于培养学生口头表达能力,并且进行礼貌待人的文明行为教育,基本上达到了本节课的教学目标。

1.根据一年级学生的特点,教学过程应是走向数学活动的过程,这样师生双方忘却了外在的期望压力,全身心地投入到教学中,为教学情境所吸引,让学生在做游戏活动中学习数学,激发对数学的兴趣,真正实现让学生在玩中学,做中学。本节课的“比手指”“采摘”的活动都起到了这样的作用。

2.本节课注重联系学生的生活实际,把学生生活中熟悉的减法实例引入教学,学生会感到有感而发、有话可说,使他们感到数学的乐趣。可见数学源于生活,生活中又充满着数学。在数学教学中,数学与学生实际生活的紧密联系,使学生从生活经验和客观事实出发,在研究问题的过程中学习数学、理解数学、发展数学,最后,再应用于实际生活。数学教学要贴近学生生活,让学生在生活中看到数学、摸到数学、运用到数学。

3.本节课根据学生已有的知识水平,把5以内的减法的计算方法让学生在活动中巩固练习,把减法的意义及减法与生活的联系作为本节课的重点,让学生在“摘苹果”“看连环画”和“根据算式举生

活中的实例”的正反两个层次的活动中逐步体会、理解减法的意义。

4.本节课注重从细微处入手,培养学生的学习习惯和能力。包括:认真倾听的习惯;主动与他人交流的习惯;提出问题、解决问题的能力;小组合作学习的能力等。在教学活动中,我注意培养学生的创新思维能力。让学生在活动中感受数学、体验数学,允许学生有不同的想法,让学生敢想、敢说,使学生既获得了知识,又发挥了个性特长,为培养学生创新智能打下了良好基础。但是从学生在课堂上的表现来看,合作意识还不够强,需要进一步培养。
