得力，扑救措施过硬，目前全市森林防火形势基本平稳，没有发生大的森林火灾和人员伤亡事故。4月4日清明节，三门县4500多名干部冒雨坚守在森林防火第一线。再加上天公作美，下了一场及时雨，当天全县未发生一起森林火警、火情，更没有火灾发生。
当天上午，笔者走访了县城附近的几处进山口，所辖的镇、村干部臂戴袖章、手持雨伞，正在检查上山群众是否有带明火上山。三门县陆地面积1010平方公里，其中林地面积642平方公里，是全省森林火灾多发县之一。3年前的清明节，森林火警、火情、火灾频发，一天之内就发生12起森林大火，创历史之最。
面对严峻的森林防火形势，三门县委、县政府痛定思痛，不断创新防火机制，2006年开始提出以禁止明火上坟为中心，全力以赴创新责任、宣传、防范、作战机制，推进部门防火向社会防火转变，森林防火人人有责向人人尽责转变，被动扑火向主动防火转变，杂牌军向专业队转变的“四个转变”。县、乡、村层层签订责任状，森林防火成员单位各负其责，形成了横向到边、纵向到底的责任机制。
今年是三门县森林防火新机制实施的第三年，抓好今年的防火工作，对彻底扭转森林防火严峻形势起着关键作用。因此，各地把今年的森林防火工作当作一场攻坚战来打。3月下旬以来，全县1000多个卡点严格按照有关要求，杜绝携带火种上山，从源头上堵截森林火灾的发生。
