姿势:站,腰要挺直,双肩自然放松,双手自然下垂。坐:不要瘫在椅子上,抬头挺胸,平时对方。目光稳定。不要有小动作,腿平放,手自然放在腿上。

跟面试者的距离不要太远也不要太近。

注意细节:敲门、关门、握手。

谈吐:自信、口齿清楚、音量、节奏、简洁、条理、坦率

神态:自信、视线停留30-60%、眼神(对方讲话时,你讲话时)、笑容

衣着:整洁、得体

面试禁忌

1. 气喘吁吁,神色慌张

2. 对方不伸手,不要主动伸手

3. 不要自行就座,要等对方示意。

4. 坐下后要向对方表示感谢

5. 不要任意挪移位置

6. 不要把随身物品乱放

7. 打完招呼后,等对方开口提问

8. 交谈中,眼神闪烁不定, 不要咬嘴或噘嘴

9. 不要打断对方,以及和对方争论

10. 不要有小动作

11. 避免口头禅

12. 表达不清晰

13. 无论是自己没能够听清楚考官的问题,或是已经回答完毕,包括在回答问题时由于思考而引起的停顿,都需要用明确的语言告诉对方,切忌默不做声!

要学会听懂考官问题

英语中的问题一般分为两种形式:close-ended questions 和 open-ended questions

前者只需要用

一、两个词作答,而后者则需要进一步的解释和说明。一般来说面试当中,为了避免谈话陷入沉闷单调的气氛当中,考官一般是要将这两种问题有机地结合起来。考生要准确把握对方所问问题的性质,给予其想要的回答,从而避免了对于只需要简短回答的问题啰嗦个没完,对于需要进一步阐释的问题却回答得不够。两种情况都会给考官留下不好的印象。

一般来说两种问题的引导词有比较明显的不同,请大家注意掌握:

Close-ended Open-ended Both

Are…?

Do…?

Who…?

When…?

Where…?

Which…? How…?

Why…?

In what way…?

Tell me about… What…?

【注意】

对于open-ended questions,在组织答案时,最好先用一句话或者一个短语将你要说的主要意思总结一下,这样不仅可以再拖延一点时间,而且也有助于对方听清楚你的答案,从而会比较容易留下思路清晰的好印象。

e.g. Interviewer: Why do you want to study for MBA?

Candidate: That’s a rather difficult question. There are two main reasons, I suppose.如果考官对你的回答不甚满意,你也许会听到这样的问题:

I’d like to know some more about…

Could you tell me a bit more bout…?

Sorry to press you, but could you tell me…?

Sorry, I don’t quite understand, could you tell me …?I didn’t quite follow what you said about…

Meaning?

For example?

Then you?

Therefore?

Which means?

So then?

例如:

A: How did you happen to move here?

B: I like the climate better.

A: Better than…

B: Better than the polluted air of the city.

千万不要蒙!!!

请对方重复问题:

请对方为你澄清你没有听清楚的个别词:

根据省教育厅《关于招募2012年赴泰国汉语教学志愿者储备人员的通知》,由国家汉办资助的2012年赴泰国汉语教师志愿者项目已经启动。

1、招募对象

从本科及以上应届毕业生、在读研究生中推荐;具有教学经验者、掌握赴任国语言者和品学兼优的学生干部优先。

2、招募条件

(1)具备良好的政治和业务素质,热爱祖国,志愿从事汉语国际推广工作,具有奉献精神,有较强的组织纪律性和团队协作精神,品行端正,无犯罪记录;

(2)身体健康,具有良好的心理素质和适应能力;

(3)掌握汉语、中华文化、当代中国国情和教学基本理论知识,具各汉语教学实践能力、外语沟通能力和跨文化交际能力,具有中华才艺专长;

(4)普通话达到二级甲等以上水平,英语达到大学英语四级以上水平;

(5)年龄在22-45岁之间。

3、招募程序

(1)请有意前往泰国从事对外汉语教学实践的同学根据前述所规定的申请条件确认申请资格。并向家长、导师所在学院确认得到派出许可。

(2)准备以下材料:《湖南师范大学赴泰志愿者报名表》(院领导签字盖章)、国家汉办《汉语教师志愿者报名申请表》、《汉语教师志愿者综合情况审核表》(主管部门意见不填)。于2012年1月3日前将以上材料交国际交流合作处。除A4打印的纸质版外,应将电子版(含电子版照片,照片格式为白底护照标准照)发到国际交流合作处邮箱。过期不接受报名。

(3)国际交流合作处将组织符合条件的申请人员参加面试、笔试,具体时间另行公布。面试笔试确定的推荐申请人名单经公示、校领导批准后,上报省教育厅。

(4)经省教育厅、国家汉办考核通过后,申请人获得行前培训资格。行前培训由国家汉办组织,时间2012年2月-4月,为全日制,总共600课时。培训合格人员将根据培训成绩确定赴泰岗位。

4、派出

(1)派出时间为2012年4月至9月;

(2)任期l-3年。

5、待遇

每人每月800美元生活津贴、一次性安置补贴1000美元。往返国际旅费、人身意外伤害保险、住宿、医疗保险以及派出相关费用。以上费用由国家汉办承担。

6、奖惩措施

根据国家汉办《汉语教师志愿者工作管理办法》,派出前为应届毕业生的志愿者,出国期间档案可留存原学校,回国后以应届毕业生身份就业;派出前为在职人员的志愿者,原单位应保留其公职、基本工资,并连续计算工龄。对于已考取研究生的志愿者,有关院校应保留其学籍(须书面承诺)。

参加培训并最终被录取的志愿者不得擅自退出项目。否则须补缴培训费用,并永久取消其申请汉语教师志愿者资格。
