二、学习方面
一年来，因工作阅历浅显，特别是刚进入机关，主要任务就是努力学习，熟练掌握业务知识，做好岗位工作。不仅要学习与工作相关的业务知识，还要学习工作方式方法;不仅要学习党的路线、方针、政策和决议，还要学习科学、文化和法律知识;不仅要向书本学习，还要向周围的领导同事学习;不仅要向群众学习，还要

向实践学习。这既是工作的需要，也是提升自身修养的需要。
三、工作方面
一是协助组织委员做好基层组织工作。第一，根据十七大的要求，以创建先进基层党组织、争当优秀共产党员为主要内容，结合工作实际，立足本职岗位，继续深入开展创先争优活动;第二，做好党组织和人大政府换届工作;第三，开展庆祝建党90周年纪念活动;第四，做好其他组织工作，如党员发展、党内统计、基层党建等。
二是协助党政办主任做好办公室工作。在值班期间，遇有群众来访办事，能够热情主动地接待，符合规定的事情，按照正常程序及时给予办理，不符合规定的，能够细致耐心地向群众解释。在文件管理方面，能够把接收的文件及时送达相关领导;领导批阅后的文件，第一时间转达相关人员;办结后的文件，按照不同分类，及时予以归档。另外，在会务组织、后勤管理及打字复印等工作上亦能够尽职尽责，确保整个办公室工作的顺利开展。
三是借调市纪委学习实践。期间，既要学习廉政理论知识，又直接参与实践，现场观摩体验纪委办案。经过三个多月的学习实践，不仅在思想上受到了教育，知
识上得到了学习，能力上也得到了提高，同时，还发现了自身存在的不足与差距。学习结束后，经组织安排，协助做好乡纪检工作，准备廉政风险防控和纠风材料，迎接市县纪委检查。
回顾一年来的工作学习，虽然取得了一定的进步，但也清醒地认识到了自身存在的诸多不足。第一，时间观念不够强，有时领导交办的事情不能按时完成;第二，在办公室待的时间过多，深入基层的时间过少，不利于工作的开展，也不利于自身的成长进步。
