在撰写时要注意主谓语一致, 时态呼应, 用词贴切等, 这就是写作。

1 动笔之前, 认真审题

书面表达要切中题意。怎样才能切中题意?就是要认真审题, 看到考题后, 先不要急于动笔, 要仔细看清题目要求的内容。在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面, 确定短文的中心思想, 不要匆匆下笔, 看懂题意, 根据图画、图表、提纲或短文提供的资料和信息来审题。审题要审格式、题材、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

2 围绕中心, 拟定提纲

书面表达评分时要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点, 同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力, 把情境中给出的各个要点逐条列出。根据短文的中心思想考虑如何开头、展开和结尾, 设想几个承上启下的连词, 将主要句型、关键词语草草记下, 形成提纲, 写时切记结构分散, 废话连篇, 严重跑题。书面表达, 内容广泛, 题材多样, 要弄清考题的要求时写人、叙事、介绍、图表、书信、日记、通知、便条还是看图作文或改写缩写。如果是日记, 要写清年、月、日和天气情况;如果是书信, 则要注意书信的格式, 注意短文字数不要低于或超过规定的字数太多。

3 语言通顺, 表达准确

(1) 避免使用汉语式英语, 尽量使用自己熟悉的句型。几种句型可交替使用, 以避免重复和呆板。

(2) 多用简单句型, 记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当多使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用和少用非谓语或情态动词较复杂的句型。

(3) 注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。

(1) 语态、事态要准确无误;

(2) 主谓语要一致, 主语的人称和数要和谓语一致;

(3) 注意人称代词的宾格形式;

(4) 注意冠词用法, 例如:He is an honest student.中的an不能写成a;

(5) 注意拼写、标点符号和大小写, 例如:receive, believe, fourteen, forty, ninth, restaurant等。

(4) 描写人物时, 要生动具体, 例如:

(1) 外表特征:tall, short, fat, thin, strong, weak, ordinary-looking等;

(2) 服饰颜色:red, yellow, blue, white, green, brown, black等;

(3) 内心境界:g l a d, h a p p y, s a d, excited, anxious, interested等;

(4) 动作描写:come, go, get, have, take, bring, fetch等。

(5) 上下文连贯。上下文的连贯性也是平分的一条原则, 因此同学们应把写好的句子, 根据故事情节, 实行发生的先后次序 (时间或空间) , 使用一些表示并列、递进等过渡词进行加工整理, 使文章连贯、自然、流畅。同学们应注意下面过度的用法:

(1) 表示并列关系的过渡词:and, as wellas, or…

(2) 表示转折关系的过渡词:but, yet, however…

(3) 表示时间关系的过渡词:f i r s t, second, third, and then, at that time, later, in the

(4) 表示空间关系的过渡词:near, (to) , far (from) , in the front of, beside, below, to the left

(5) 表示比较关系的过渡词:in the same way, just like, just as…

(6) 表示对照关系的过渡词:but, still, yet, however, in spite of, even though…

(7) 表示递进关系的过渡词:also, and, then, too, in addition, again…

4 不会表达, 另辟蹊径

考试作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定, 不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好, 造复合句容易出错, 容易被扣分, 阅卷场上有句话:“错误面前人人平等, 文采好不加分”。如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达, 可采用变通的方法, 化难为易, 化繁为简。总之, 所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。

4.1 迂回而行

当汉语词义不会用英语表达时, 可以选一个与这个汉语词义相似的几种词义。扩展思路, 然后从英语中找一个与其词义详尽的代替。这样可有异曲同工之妙。

4.2 小词大用

汉语中有些语意看来很复杂很文雅, 但在英语中可用一些常用词表达。下面这些词可能在你的书面表达中很有用:t a k e, have, get make, come, go, do, see, show, happy, kind, help等。

4.3 借花献佛

有时书面表达中需要的单词或词组或许在试卷中的其他方出现。因为刚刚做过题, 记忆犹新, 那么就可信手拈来, 为我所用。

5 锦上添花, 量力而行

如果你还有时间和精力, 想把书面表达写得更好, 那么, 请注意以下几点:

(1) 句型多样化, 不要I (We) ……到底, 使人觉得乏味。

(2) 适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句。

(3) 进一步描绘人或事物时, 适当使用定语从句。

(4) 适当使用分词或分词短语, 烘托谓语动词。

(5) 偶尔使用一下倒装句, 增加新鲜感。

6 写完之后, 勿忘检查

考场作文, 由于时间紧、内容多, 同学们出错在所难免。因此, 改错这一环节必不可少。作文评卷时是根据要点、语言准确性、上下文的连贯性来给分, 根据错误多少来扣分。因此, 文章草成后, 应当默读1~2遍, 检查修改, 尤其要注意人称、标点、大小写、拼写、习惯用语、格式有无错误, 要点有无遗漏, 文句有无语病, 词数是否恰当, 行文是否连贯。

7 结语

英语写作水平的提高是一个循序渐进的过程, 只要同学们在平时多读文章, 做一个有心人, 多练习写作并有意运用上述方法和技巧, 在考试时一定能写出高质量的作文, 得到令人满意的考分。

商务英语函电写作独有的内容和语言特点使学生难以把握,因为它需要写作者具备相关的专业知识,能灵活使用习惯语言表达方式和将商务专业知识恰当地运用于语言交际中[1]。所以,探讨商务英语函电写作的教学新思路,需要先了解商务英语函电写作特点。

1.内容范围广泛,种类繁多

商务英语函电的内容与外贸业务实践密切相关,涉及经济贸易活动的方方面面。按使用的不同目的,其内容包括建立商务往来关系、询盘、报盘、报价、还盘、订单、付款方式、信用证、包装和运输方式、保险、赔付、投诉以及代理等。

2.语言礼貌正式、简洁清晰,具有较多专业术语

(1)外贸术语、缩略语和缩写词。商务英语函电属于商务英语这一特殊用途英语的范畴,其语言具有鲜明的特色,充满了外贸术语、缩略语和缩写词。如“报价——quote”、“虚盘——non-firm-offer”、“还盘——counter-offer”等,都是商务英语函电中常用的外贸术语。缩略语和缩写词是商务英语函电在长期实践中总结出来的国际通用符号,使用起来省时、省事,大大提高了交流效率,如“信用证——L/C”、“成本保险加运费——CIF”、“边境交货——DAF”等。

(2)礼貌、正式。

商务英语函电是公司与客户之间交流沟通的中介,这就要求其用语正式,讲究礼貌, 否则会影响商务贸易的顺利开展。如“We are in the market for silk blouses and should be pleased if you kindly quote us your keenest prices for the goods listed below.”其措辞就非常礼貌、正式。

(3)简洁、清晰。

在商务领域,时间就是金钱,这就要求商务英语函电的表达应力求语言简洁,同时也

要注意意思表达完整,使人能够迅速明白函电的写作意图。如“Please don’t hesitate to tell us”表达为“Please tell us”;“Due to the fact that”表达为“Because”,这样可以大大提高双方的工作效率。

二、商务英语函电写作教学思路

在课堂教学中,应该从商务英语函电写作的内容和语言特点出发,针对学生在学习过程中可能出现的问题,探索出行之有效的教学思路。实践证明,“导入—范本呈现—词汇输入—特定句型的学习—特定目的的写作格式—文体写作指导—情景写作训练”的教学思路十分有效。其具体实施步骤如下:

1.导入

3.注意写作用词不同于一般含义

教师在根据特定主题,讲解该商务情境下的英语词汇用法时,应注意商务英语函电写作用词与一般情境下的英语用词相去甚远。如“favor”一词的一般用法为名词“好感、宠爱”,也可作动词,表示“支持、喜欢”,并没有“in your favor”这样的短语;但在付款方式中,“in your favor”具有实实在在的含义,指的是“以你方为受益人”。再如“ship”一词,在

5.掌握特定目的的写作格式

(1)提及已经收到来信,并对来信加以总结性的复述;(2)对对方的报盘加以反驳;(3)提出反驳理由;(4)礼貌地向对方陈述自己还盘的最终条件以及一切必要细节;(5)如有必要,可作出补充和暗示;(6)期待对方真诚和及时地回音。学生只有在真正掌握了还盘信的写作格式后,再加上语言技巧,才能写出一篇在布局和语言上都不失水准的还盘信。

6.指导按不同文体写作

由于商务英语函电写作受到交际内容、交际目的和交际对象这三大因素的影响,因此,要培养学生能够根据这三大因素写出文体恰当的商务英语函电,就应给他们讲解体现不同文体特征的商务英语函电范文,以及分析各种范文的文体与情景语境、社会参变量、功能题材等因素之间的关系,并在他们吸收这些内容后指导他们按不同的文体练习写作[3]。

7.培养情景写作技能

商务英语函电写作要求课堂教学不仅应注重学生一般写作技能的培养,还应提供学习情境,培养学生在不同商务情境下的写作技能。但在商务英语函电写作教学中,很多学生对于要求详细的写作任务能够很好地完成,但在给出一封样信,让其写回信时就常常无话可说,只好乱用书中例句,使信中多处地方逻辑不通。造成这种现象的原因,一方面是学生商务知识匮乏,另一方面是学生未能将自己置身于真实的商务工作环境中,因而无法发挥自己的智慧去用写作的方式解决问题[4]。因此,在课堂教学中进行情景写作训练是非常必要的。通过训练,不仅能巩固课堂所学,还能使学生真正掌握在不同商务情景下的不同写作模

式,查漏补缺,提高写作能力。在课堂教学中可以主要采用以下几种情景写作训练方式:

(1) 词汇反映。

教师给出与特定商务情景有关的重点词汇或词组,并告知写作意图。如给学生提供chamber of commerce,recommend,children’s garments,interested,establish business relation- ships等词汇要求学生写一篇建立商务关系的信函。学生必须对这些内容作出反映,以这些给定的词汇或词组为线索,组接句子,布局谋篇,构思出一篇主题明确、布局合理、用词得当的商务函电。

(2) 信息反映。

教师给出与特定商务情景有关的某些信息,要求学生根据这些信息猜明写作意图,然后自行谋篇和遣词造句,独立完成商务英语函电写作。如根据下列信息写信:应对方要求,经我方努力,现在货已备妥,可提前装运;但信用证至今未到,请对方向银行落实本月底前到证,以便按商定日期供货;提醒对方,信用证条款必须与合同规定严格相符,以免改证。通过分析上述信息,学生可知这是卖方写给买方催开信用证的书信。在写作过程中,学生应始终站在卖方角度写信给买方,在准确完整地表达上述信息的同时,可适当加入其它必要信息,以使文章连贯通顺。

(3) 主题反映。

教师给出以所授课程内容为依托的所有商务情景主题,并同时给出具体信息和关键词汇,所有呈现内容都随机排列。学生首先选择一个主题,然后根据主题选择相应信息和关键词,再根据所选内容写出一篇标准的商务英语函电。在这一过程中,学生的选词择句、组段谋篇等能力得到了综合训练。综上所述,“商务英语函电”是一门专业性较强、技术难度较大的专业课程,应根据专业的要求和学生的基础,不断观察和总结,寻求更为科学合理的教学方法和手段,以求在教学环节中培养学生扎实的商务英语函电写作基本功,熟悉各种商务情景下的函电写作技巧,准确熟练地完成英语书面交流的任务,使学生能够灵活应对未来的社会需求。

短文改错的题是一篇意思连贯,但有九行文字中各有一个语法或用词错误的英语短文。它所涉及的知识面很广,能力要求较高。而且题中所设的错误常常是考生自己在写作中经常出的语法错误,是专门针对考生的弱点而设的。但它又从另一个角度考查了语法知识的运用。因此,做题时,应从以下几个方面着手解题:动词使用错误;名词使用错误;形容词,副词使用错误;连词使用错误;代词使用错误;冠词使用错误;介词使用错误,上下文逻辑错误等。

在研究每一行的句子时,首先把握句子的意思,然后划分句子的成分:主语;谓语部分;宾语;状语:地点,时间,方式等。如果句子是并列句或复合句,先分开各部分小的分句,根据各个分句之间的关系判断使用的连词是否正确。然后再研究各个分句的成分。

(一)名词使用错误:名词一般在句中做主语或宾语,名词的错误主要在于名词单,复数的错误使用。

1. They were eager to know everything about China and asked me lots of question.: question是可数名词根据本句的意思,前面有lots of修饰,应当改为复数形式。 2. We study quite a few subject, such as maths, Chinese, English and physics.:subject是可数名词根据本句的意思,前面有quite a few修饰,应当改为复数形式。

3. We practise three times every week and often watch football match on TV together.:根据本句的意思match在此应当改为复数形式。

4. Happy birthday, Peter, and many return of the day. :return在此是名词,应当改为复数形式:many returns of the day是祝贺人们生日的固定用语:祝你健康长寿。

5. He said that she and my schoolmate all wishes me success.:all 在句中提示了除我以外schoolmate应当是复数形式。

6. On the way up I was taking picture since the scenery was so beautiful.:picture应当改成复数形式,因为作者一路上忙于照相,不止仅照一张像。 另外还要注意名词所有格形式上的错误使用。

(二)动词使用的错误:

<一> 作为谓语动词,注意谓语动词在时态,语态,与主语是否一致以及用词方面的问题。 1. My favourite sport is football. I was a member of our school team. :全句的基本时态应当是现在时,was应改为am 2. Playing football not only makes us grow up tall and strong but also give us a sense of fair play and team spirit.:主谓一致的错误。Give的主语是Playing football,动名词作主语是单数形式,应改为:gives 3. I use to play ping-pong a lot in my spare time, but now I am interested in football.:前半句是说过去的事情used to do :过去常常做某事。use改为:used 4. …the scenery was so beautiful. The time passes quickly. Evening came down.:时态错误。全句是过去时态,passes 改为passed 5. As we climbed the mountain, we fed monkeys, visiting temples and told stories.:动词形式的错误。句中有三个连续的动作做谓语。因此visit不是伴随状语,是第二个谓语动词,应该为visited. 6. The Internet is a computer network that use the telephone system to link millions of computers around the world.:句中定语从句中的谓语动词use 的主语是先行词a computer network,是单数形式,所以按主谓一致的原则use改为:uses. <二> 作为非谓语动词,现在分词,过去分词,动名词,不定式形式的使用错误,同时注意非谓语动词在平行结构中出现的错误。

1. Not far from the hotel, there was a shop with all kinds of clothes hang up.:hang up在此做定语修饰先行词clothes,应改为现在分词形式表示挂着各种衣服。

2. He had worked on farms and in shops where he spent his spare time studied by himself.:定语从句是说:他把业余时间花在学习上,按句型结构:spend some time doing something.所以studied应改为:studying. <三> 形容词,副词使用错误:

注意:① 形容词和副词的比较级,原级,最高级使用方面的问题。② 修饰比较级的副词的错误使用。③ 以ing和以ed结尾的形容词的混用。④ 形容词和副词的混用。

1. I never knew a ride down a river could be so much exciting:much修饰比较级形式,在此没有比较级的意义,所以去掉much. 2. I’m sure we’ll have a wonderfully time together.:形容词与副词混用。Have a wonderful time:过得非常愉快。wonderfully 改为:wonderful 3. …his mother was very poor that she had to send him to a rich family who had no child.:本句含有so…that 句型。very改为:so 4. People will work few hours than they do now. :这是一个含比较级的句子。(句中有than),few 改为比较级形式fewer 5. Computers will be more smaller and useful….:比较级smaller前面的修饰词应该是副词much。More与多音节形容词或副词原形构成比较级。more改为much 6. Last week, I went to a movie, which was very moved. 形容词moved指人受到感动。本句的定语从句的主语是movie。应当是moving. <四> 连词使用错误:并列句连词and与but的误用是历年高考题中常考的内容。复合句如宾语从句,状语从句,定语从句中主,从句的连接词的误用根据主从句的关系可以发现。 1. My class will be over by then or I will pick you up there.:前后两句的关系是并列关系or应改为:and 2. My grandma was the best cook in the world but could make the most delicious dishes. 前后两句是并列关系不具有转折意义。but改为:and 3. It deosn’t matter that I would win or not. Matter后面的从句是whether…or not结构。That改为:whether 4. An Eskimo boy becomes a man since he kills his first polar bear.:根据句子意思:在Eskimo男孩杀死他的第一只北极熊之后,才真正成为一名男子汉。Since改为:after 5. The fine-furniture store ∧I work has been in business since the 1920s.:I work是定语从句修饰先行词The fine-furniture store,The fine-furniture store在从句中做地点状语,应加关系副词where. 解题思路:

首先要理解整个短文的含义,逻辑关系,篇章结构。再仔细研究每一句的意义。借助划分句子成分的方法判断每一部分是否有错误。读句子时一定以整句为单位。 【典型例题】

A(2004全国卷I) Dear Ralph I’m a newcomer here of a small town. I would 1. from describe myself as shy and quietly. 1. 来自一个小镇的新生。强调“来自于”用介词:from 2. describe oneself as +形容词,所以quietly改为quiet 3. 缺少连词,这是同级比较结构as…as ,加上as 4. 介词错误:词组laugh at somebody:嘲笑某人。

6. 宾语从句连词的错误,that 本身没有意义可以省略,本句是说:我不知道他们为什么不喜欢我。

7. 时态错误,全篇用的是现在时。

8. 名词单复数的错误,主语是we,宾语与主语呼应,应该是复数形式。 9. 这是一个并列句,前后为转折关系。 10. 根据句子意思,about多余。

英语写作范文第6篇

书面交际的能力,写出内容丰富,语言正确,表达流畅,略有变化的小作文。

然而,真正要写好一篇作文,在高考中取得令人满意的高分也不是一件轻而易举的事情,

非得下一番苦功不可。笔者在阅卷中发现能获取高分的作文主要在于:

一、紧扣主题突出重点

动笔之前,针对提示的文字或图片必须先认真审题,组织内容,构思提纲,理顺思路,切忌偏题,离题,东拉西扯,不得要领,一定要避免累赘繁琐,条理不清,重点不突出的失

误。

二、表达正确文字流畅

强调使用课本上学到过的单词、词组、佳句确保文章简洁通顺,切忌使用随便从文曲星或词典上找来的冷僻单词,特别强调的是必须避免使用不规范的中文式表达,受欢迎的作文

是用词用句实实在在,朴实无华,清晰流畅的文章。

三、结构规范时态无误

准确判断时态,语态的应用,不能交叉混杂,这部分则能充分反映学生的思维判断能力,

分辨清楚正确的时态、语态将为作文润色不少。

四、单词、标点无误

注意单词拼写、标点符号,避免细节上的失误。错拼和自造单词均会对成绩造成不良影

响。

作文成绩在高考中起着至关重要的作用。另外,高考作文要求字数为120个以上,笔者认为控制在150字左右为妥,若字数太少会给人一种考生水平低下,草草了事的感觉,
