1 直观教学法

俗话说:“词不离句, 句不离篇。”脱离了语言环境, 单纯的记忆, 很难掌握单词的用法。在课堂中, 教师可以用图文并茂的方式, 让学生对学习的单词加深理解, 练习应用。例如在学习“student”一词时, 教师可用多媒体展示一副图片 (图片中一个学生正坐在教室中学习, 在图片下方打出“student”一词) , 让学生用该图片造句。学生利用图片提供的信息, 可以写出许多不同的句子。如“There is a student in the classroom.This is a student.I am a stusdent.The student is my brother.The studend is doing his homework…”等。在学生充分练习使用“student”一词时, 还练习使用了多种句法, 增大了信息的输出量。
4 游戏复习法
艾宾浩斯的遗忘曲线提醒我们, 在学习英语的过程中, 单纯的注重当时的记忆效果, 而忽视了后期的保持和再认同样是达不到良好的效果的。要想做好学习的长久记忆工作, 是要下一番工夫的。教师可以利用中学生爱玩, 爱自我表现的特性, 采用游戏的方式, 进行词语的后期保持与再认。例如在每节课前, 教师可以拿出5分钟让学生对学过的词语进行接龙, 即教师提问A同学一词, A同学回答后提问B同学另一词, B同学提问C同学……教师可以提前制定一定的游戏规则, 对不能很好回答问题的同学, 给以适当惩戒。为了不受惩戒, 为了维护自己的尊严, 学生们课下会积极复习学过的单词, 从而达到了再认的目的。
5 与实际生活相结合演练法
学习英语的目的在于交流。在教学中教师应尽可能多的使用英语与学生进行交流。学生将以能听懂教师的英语指令为荣。用英语交流能更大限度的激发学生学习英语的热情。例如, 教师每天坚持问:“What day is today?”并坚持让学生拼写该天相应的英语单词, 如Thursday, Friday等。几周下来, 学生们不仅熟悉了“What day is today?”这一句型, 而且牢记了从周一到周五的单词。当学生喊报告时, 老师用“Come in, please!”应答, 当要求学生板演时, 教师说“Write on the blackboard”……常此下去, 学生就能熟悉大量的词汇。
6 实战演练法
从近几年的中考试题分析, 词汇的考查越来越灵活。机械的记住了单词并不能在中考试卷上得分。是看下面的两道试题:
(1) Edison is one of the greatest (发明家) in the world.
(2) This story is (有趣) than that one.
如果学生凭记忆, 简单填写invention与interesting两词, 虽然, 两个词的拼写正确无误, 但结果他们将痛失两分。究其原因, 就在于学习单词的过程中, 缺乏语境意识、整体意识, 死记硬背, 不懂运用。在日常教学中, 教师应针对中考题型, 让学生加强对词汇的实战性训练。训练学生答题的技巧, 如名词应注意单复数变化, 所有格变化;动词注意各种时态、语态变化;形容词、副词注意级别变化等。让学生能对掌握的词汇灵活应用。
当然, 学习词汇的方法还有很多种。不同的方法适用于学习不同类型的词汇。方法与方法之间可以穿插使用。总之, 无论任何方式, 只要能让学生学得轻松快乐就是最有效的方法。

我的实习工作简述：
我们在经过为期3天时间的岗前业务培训和考核后，我们终于真正走上了安全检查工作岗位，首先，我是安检员的协助和指导下学习岗位具体工作;队长出于岗位的急切需要把我们分成8组，我被分到了出发5号口，后期因为工作需要又被调至东交A道，从此我也开始走上了在安全门执勤的人身检查员岗位;并获得了领导的一致好评。
我们的主要工作是进行爆炸物品检测，和进行人身检测，以及开箱开包检查。其中也收获了很多的易燃易爆物品，如打火机和火柴等。“您好!请配合安全检查!”“谢谢您的配合!请慢走!”这是我们每天说的最多的几句话。有礼有节，这是中华民族的传统美德。
我还坚持和发扬自己“与人为善、助人为乐”的为人处世的原则，积极配好分队、中队的工作需要与那些身体不适的员工主动换岗、在自己的自己的休息时间替他人顶岗、在自己班组执勤过程中甘于吃苦受累以减轻其他组员的工作负担等，受到了队长和领导的表扬。 也有很多的旅客来问一些关于机场航空公司的问题，我们也能很好的对旅客进行正确的引导和回答。给旅客带来了一些帮助，也受到了旅客们的赞扬。 我的欠缺与不足：
孔子曰：“人非圣贤孰能无过?过而能改，善莫大焉!”是的，我坦承自己在这一个月的实习中犯下了一些小小的错误，有的是由于自己粗心大意、心态不稳过于紧张、有的是由于自己经验不足而至话多必失引起自己在工作上出错。但我在客观认识自己不足，知错就改，并督促自己一定要谨记经验教训于心，所以我每犯错一次我都要认真思考犯错的原因以及犯错造成的各种严重后果。
对于安检这种特殊的服务行业而言，我们实习生也算是普通服务一线中的最平凡一族，但我们用自己的大爱之心和实际行动服务了人民而竭尽了个人所能。
所以，我们很值得庆幸和自豪，因为我们正在为我们自己学业中的实习生涯和我们的人生画上了最起码在我们心中属于自己的最圆满的一笔!
