当然，为保护隐私，我隐去了当事人的个人信息(事实上，因为多是网络交流，我也并不知晓更多个人信息)。
案例讨论主题：非财会专业者如何进入财会行业工作
案例背景：
通过QQ，我了解到主人公Y小姐的一些信息：
约25岁，江苏人，在南京读书并工作了几年，之后随广东籍的男朋友到广州工作。她是自考的计算机专业，目前自考本科计算机专业也快毕业了。
她有过的工作经验都不是财务方面的，她比较了销售等工作后，认为自己喜欢财会类工作。所以也参加了一些考试，今年通过了会计中级资格考试(按理说没有报名条件的，看来是审核机构放水了，题外话不谈了)。
虽然有学习经验，也从书本上看会计核算并不复杂，但她很苦恼于：
1、广州的财务工作不好找。
2、找到的一个单位从事出纳收入不高，大概转正后大约2000。还要做计算机、网络维护等。
3、刚去的单位，人浮于事，公司政治复杂、老总暴躁、拖延发工资……。
她感到很失落，并想回家……
随后，我们进行了电话沟通。通过电话我了解到了更多信息：
1、她的男朋友收入大概4000，两人买房子指望一个人收入不行的。
2、两人关系不错，不可能再一个人返回江苏。
3、公司的会计工作看来简单，会计也把一些费用的凭证交给她做。
4、她评估自己学习能力不错，所以还有考研的想法。
在听取了这些情况后，我给她提出了一些建设性的信息和建议：
1、不要为自己的学历所自卑。我告诉她，我所佩服或欣赏的几个网友，多是学历不高，
或原本学历不高后来努力学习提高了自身素质，包括学历的。学历往往并不代表工作能力，也不代表个人的工作成就。
2、财会工作并不复杂，比较理工科的逻辑思维来，财会工作的基础道理更容易懂，也相对简单。这是要打消新手的畏难思想。
3、一定要学习好英文，在广州，正好学习下粤语。(据说女性的语言能力强，且她年历还小，这方面的能力肯定不差)。
4、目前工作中所碰到的内部问题完全不用去考虑，更不能因此影响了自己的职业发展。不如意的工作和同事，只是职业生涯中的过客而已，甚至以后完全不会记得都可能的。
5、考虑到目前的财会基础情况，近期的目标是以学习实务为主。从基础的开始学习。比如现在的工作就是作熟练出纳的工作，并在同事乐意的情况下，多学习账务处理。以为下一个工作打基础。在此基础上，跳槽到下一个单位，目标是选择一个核算相对规范的单位，从事具体的科目核算。我建议她先不要去碰工业企业的成本，也不要先去考虑复杂的报表问题。当然，因为自己的基础不好，所以不要计较收入高低。
6、在下一个单位，首先是做好相关科目的核算。然后向其他同事学习更多的核算，报表、涉税处理等相对复杂的工作。
如果要考研或参加英语学习之类的，则可以在做好本职工作的前提下，把精力投放在这些学习上。
7、第6个步骤可能会经过多个单位的反复才能够使得自己对财务核算通盘了解，然后才是对自己更高的职业要求。
猎头背景的鹰飞九天版主的案例点评：
1.老歪的这个方法可以使她完成从非财务到财务的转型;
2.但是，转型成功之后，受到自身条件(非财务背景自考本科)的限制，她的财务生涯的发展想要达到一个比较高的水平会经历很漫长而复杂的过程，如果不能够规划好每一步并且没有适当的机遇，所得会相对比较有限;
3.虽然学历和专业背景最终不能说明什么，但在现阶段的发展，对她而言，确实会是一个不可避免的障碍;
4.至于个人喜好......不喜欢销售工作并不一定就代表真正喜欢财务工作，或许只是因为发现财务不用出去和别人打太多交道和应酬以及不用面对很多正面的挫折或者财务收入比较稳定，如果不是发自内心的喜欢和这些数字和报表打交道，估计成就也会比较有限.如果想取得最大的成就，建议再审慎衡量自己的专业爱好已经职业性格特征.虽然现在她的年龄还不算很大，但按照我个人的观点，最好能够在第二份工作的时候就能够真正确认自己的专业方向，人的青春毕竟是有限的;

一. 实践目的：
为了了解物流专业的实际操作，也为了锻炼自己，提高自己的社会实践能力。为将来走上工作岗位奠定良好的基础。通过此次实践活动，我深切认识到我不仅要把书本的知识参悟透彻，更应该学以致用，并且，实际操作或是模拟训练更能亲身体验，接近实际，加深工作感受。 二. 实践内容
(一)12月24日周一听讲座
全体同学在报告厅认真听曹老师介绍物流沙盘比赛的规则内容，并且耐心地倾听了孙主任讲述了职业是人生的一种生活态度的演讲，从而激励我们认真地对待职业。
(二)12月25日周二听讲座
中远物流公司的销售经理，我们的学长,讲述了关于中远的简介及他个人的工作经历。毛总的的精彩的现场互动，让我们面对人生更积极阳光勇敢向上。
(三) 12月26日周三上机查找实习物流公司招聘单位的要求
(四)12月27日周四实训室模拟物流沙盘操作

物流沙盘模拟的主要环节。
(一)ITMC物流沙盘经营管理模拟规则
1、应缴税 ：企业所得税是对企业在一定时期内的纯所得额征收的税种。
2、选择投标城市：根据市场预测情况，每个季度企业要决定计划投标的城市，
3、参加订单竞争：物流企业可以通过两种方式获取订单：一是直接进行合同续签;一是公开招标的方式获得。
4、购买/租赁运送工具：根据订单产品的类型，确定购买或租赁不同的交通工具。
5、货物到达：货物如果到达目的城市，可以直接交货，如果不是目的城市，可以跳过，也可以入库后进行中转，但该城市必须设有仓库才可以入库。
6、派车提货：根据签约订单的数量和货物的体积、重量，制定提货计划，确定派车型号和数量并制定装车计划，根据装车计划提货。
7、货物分拣:为了方便货物管理和装车配货，可以对货物进行分拣。
8、运输调度：通过对货物进行分拣，可以制定装车计划，根据装车计划进行交通工具调度，进行装车。
9、支付行政管理费：企业为了维持正常运营缴纳给政府或者用于管理的费用。
10、购买/租赁办公室：在某个地区市场开发后，才能在该地区的城市设立办事机构。
11、人员招聘：根据购买或租赁办公室的规模，可以进行人员配置，
12、 支付工资：支付本一个季度办公室人员、司机、调度员和仓管员的工资
二. 实践结果：
同学们如计划完成了这周的实践工作。在听讲座后，获益匪浅，上网查询的物流公司，更是了解了目前工作单位招聘人才的需求方向。对于物流沙盘模拟式是最重要的环节，同学们积极踊跃，在老师的指导下基本完成了全过程的操作，而且反复练习，熟悉了大致的工作流程，这对我们步入工作岗来说，是重要的经验.
三. 实践总结：
在期待实践周的到来之前，大多数以为实践周嘛，肯定玩的实践更多，但一周下来后，再也不是这感觉，我们终于骄傲的对报关专业的某同学说，我们的实践周，有价值。在报告厅的讲座，学长，老师，毛总，都向我们传递了不同的信息和经验。
