为保障我校2011年硕士研究生招生工作健康有序进行，根据《关于做好长沙理工大学2011年招收攻读硕士学位研究生复试录取工作的通知》精神，特制定本细则,请遵照执行.
一、组织管理
1、学院于4月8日前将不少于3人组成的复试工作领导小组成员和负责人名单以及按学科(专业)、专业学位(领域)成立的复试小组成员(不少于5人)名单、学院复试工作实施方案一并报研究生招生办公室备案。
2、复试专业课由学校统一组织命题、阅卷、登分，统一安排考试时间、地点，相关学院按学校规定具体实施组考工作;综合面试、实践(实验)能力的考核由学院按学校规定负责确定具体内容、评分标准、复试程序等，并组织实施。
3、复试小组成员必须现场独立评分。
二、复试准备工作
1、复试工作实施方案确定后，于4月9日前在各学院主页上予以公布，以便考生浏览。
2、 3月14日前学校按照《长沙理工大学2011年硕士研究生招生简章》公布的各专业复试专业课和同等学力加试课，组织教师按命题的各项要求命题，并将命制好的试题密封后于3月18日前交研究生招生办公室。
三、调剂
部分专业在一志愿上线考生不足的情况下，进行校内调剂和校外调剂复试，确定复试考生人选。
在学校研究生招生信息网上公布相关专业招生缺额信息，优先一志愿上线考生校内调剂复试。校内调剂复试原则是一志愿上线生源不足的专业在校内合格生源充足的相近学科、专业的合格生源中进行调剂且须符合教育部有关调剂工作的要求。申请校内调剂复试的考生根据校内调剂复试原则，从我校研究生招生信息网文档下载中心下载《长沙理工大学招收硕士研究生校内调剂复试申请表》，填写后于规定时间内交研究生招生办公室审核，审核通过后由研究生招生办公室公布确定的校内调剂复试考生名单。
校内调剂结束后，再次确定相关专业招生缺额数，在《中国研究生招生信息网》上公布缺额信息，择优调剂报考外校的上线考生，考生上网查询所报专业的有关信息并确定调剂事宜;有关调剂工作全部在“中国研究生招生信息网”上进行。在调剂系统开通后，需要调剂至我校的考生登陆“中国研究生招生信息网”(公网网址：http://yz.chsi.com.cn，教育网址：http://yz.chsi.cn)申请和确认。
研究生招生办公室根据考生的调剂志愿和招生专业(领域)的要求，确定调剂复试人选并发出复试通知，复试结束后将向复试合格的考生第一志愿单位发函调取考试档案，做最后审核，最终确定是否拟录取。
(一)调剂基本要求
1.考生入学考试成绩达到考生所在门类或领域《2011年全国硕士研究生统一入学考试考生进入复试的初试成绩基本要求》(见附件1)规定的A类地区最低复试分数线(以下简称A区复试分数线)，且成绩符合调剂门类复试分数线要求。
2.申请调剂的专业应是相近、相关专业或相近学科的专业学位(领域);
3.接收调剂考生以“中国研究生招生信息网”上考生填报的调剂志愿为依据。
(二)调剂实施步骤：
(1)符合教育部公布的A区复试分数线要求的考生，可在教育部规定时间内登录“中国研究生招生信息网”调剂系统提交调剂志愿(教育部限定考生在48小时内填报两个志愿，48小时后考生可以重新选择)，其中志愿一和志愿二优先级是相同的;
我校的调剂政策请参照“中国研究生招生信息网”上的“院校信息”栏目中的“调剂政策”、“调剂信息”、“信息发布”等和我校研究生招生网发布的有关研究生招生信息。 (2)研究生招生办公室在考生填报志愿后的48小时内遴选出参加复试的考生名单，并在网上通知考生复试，考生需及时查看“复试通知”并确认，考生如在48小时内没有收到 “复试通知”，可电话询问(0731-852190

四、复试时间及地点
复试将于2011年4月11日在金盆岭校区进行。 各学院于4月9日以前与第一志愿取得复试资格的考生联系，在学院主页上公布复试考生名单和复试通知。
推荐免试生也应与相关学院联系，最后确定拟录取专业，4月12日后不再办理更改手续。
五、资格审查
1、 4月11日上午8:30-12:00，下午2：30-5：00到金盆岭校区体育馆进行复试资格审查，过期不予办理。
2、资格审查时考生需提供下列材料： (1)初试时的准考证;
(2)本人有效身份证原件及复印件;
(3)毕业证书、学位证书原件及复印件(应届本科毕业生持学生证原件及复印件);
凡未资格审查或资格审查未通过的考生一律不予复试和录取。
推荐免试生也需要进行资格复审，通过者方可被录取，未通过者，将被取消录取资格。
(注：资格审查时，研究生招生办公室收取身份证和毕业证书(学生证)、学位证书复印件。)
3、4月12日上午8：00考生到专业学院报到，并需提供以下材料：
(1)考生自述(包括政治表现、外语水平、业务和科研能力、研究计划等);

(1)笔试：A、专业综合课考试，考试时间为2小时，满分为100分，B、对同等学力考生加试两门不同于初试科目的本科主干课程;每门考试时间为2小时，满分为100分; (2)综合面试：考核考生专业素质和综合素质能力以及英语口语水平和英语听力, 满分为100分.其中：
a.面试：考核考生专业素质和综合素质能力以及英语口语水平，每生考核时间不少于30分钟, 满分为80分;
b.英语听力测试：英语听力测试时间为20分钟，满分20分。
2、要求：
(1)复试工作在学校研究生招生领导小组规定的统一时间进行(附件3：硕士研究生入学考试复试工作安排表)。
(2)学院在复试评分前应召开复试小组成员会议，研究对考生的考察评价内容和评分规则，以便统一标准。
(3)复试过程必须规范操作，切实做好试题保密、复试记录和试卷密封及评阅试卷工作，复试试卷和复试现场记录不得更改。
(4)公开接受学校和社会的监督，确保复试的公平、公正和有效性。
七、拟录取
1、成绩的计算方法：
复试成绩=笔试成绩(100)×50%+综合面试成绩(100)×50%. 总成绩=a×初试成绩(折合为百分制)+b×复试成绩
其中a、b为初试和复试的权重系数，分别为0.70、0.30; 综合面试成绩含面试、外语口语和听力测试成绩，其中面试(含英语口语测试)成绩占80%，听力测试成绩占20%。
说明：
(1)初试成绩总分满分为500分，工商管理硕士(MBA)、工程管理硕士初试成绩总分满分为300分;
(2)同等学力考生加试课程成绩不计入复试成绩;
2、要求：
(1)学院研究生招生工作领导小组根据考生总成绩分别以一志愿考生、调剂考生按专业分开排序，并填报《长沙理工大学2011年招收硕士研究生第一志愿考生××专业总成绩拟录取排名表》和《长沙理工大学2011年招收硕士研究生调剂考生××专业总成绩拟录取排名表》。在学院分专业招生计划内，根据总成绩从高分到低分，优先全额录取报考本专业的符合录取最低条件的第一志愿考生，再录取调剂考生(同等条件下优先录取校内调剂考生)。
学校研究生招生领导小组结合硕士生导师的意见(考生拟录取前可初步确定导师)及考生具体情况，择优确定拟录取名单。
(2)学院分专业考生总成绩拟录取排名名单于4月16日前交研究生招生办公室(表格样式见附件4)。
3、调取考生人事档案：
复试结果一经确定，即向考生单位开具调取考生人事档案的函件以便政审。各学院接收拟录取考生的人事档案材料时间统一为4月30日前(应届毕业生人事档案接收时间为7月1日前)，学院收到考生人事档案后请妥善保管不得遗失，经政审合格后，于9月30日前学生档案和汇总表交学校学生工作部档案室，并将汇总表报研究生招生办公室备案。
(1)拟录取为“非定向”或“自筹经费”的考生凭“调档函”调取本人人事档案。如调档单位与网报时的信息不符，应出示加盖公章的证明到学院重新开具“调档函”。
(2)拟录取为“委培”的考生，不调取档案，但须由我校、录取考生、考生单位三方共同签订委培协议;委培的考生须于4月16日前到研究生招生办公室办理相关手续并领取委培协议，在4月20日前将签订的委培协议交研究生招生办公室。
八、调剂录取
对于初试成绩符合教育部B类与C类地区复试分数线基本要求且报考我校的考生，于4月20日后可持其它院校研究生招生办公室开具的调剂接收函和调剂申请来研究生招生办公室办理有关调取考试试卷等调剂手续。
九、体检
4月11日由校医院组织体检。上午7:00-8：30进行空腹抽血项目检查，上午8：00-12：00，下午2：30-5：30进行其他项目的检查。体检标准参照教育部、卫生部、中国残联印发的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》执行，体检不合格或未参加体检的考生将不予录取。
十、培养费收费标准和缴款时间
1、根据考生录取类别分别按以下情况收取培养费：
(1)录取为计划内(非定向)硕士生培养费：免交(公费比例为一志愿上线考生的70%)。
(2)录取为自筹经费硕士生(一志愿)培养费：12000元/全程(4000元/年.人);
(3)录取为自筹经费硕士生(调剂考生)培养费：15000元/全程(5000元/年.人);
(4)录取为委托培养的硕士生：21000元/全程(7000元/年.人)。
(5)录取为工商管理硕士专业学位培养费：36000元/全程(12000元/年.人)
2、在入学报到时必须交清第一年的培养费(详情见录取通知书)。
十一、其他事项及要求
1、学院在复试前印制好“调档函”(调档函样式见附件5)。“调档函”编码为七位数，
1、2位为年份的后两位数，
3、4位为学院代码，
5、
6、7位为序号;
2、4月7日上午各学院在研究生招生管理系统打印复试考生名单;
3、复试笔试考场安排：与初试考试考场相同，每个考场安排30人并安排2名教师监考。考试教室均安排在金盆岭校区12号教学楼，学校根据各学院复试考生人数确定各学院所需考试教室数，各学院具体确定每个考试教室参考考生名单和监考教师名单，并于考前一天布置好考场。各学院在4月8日前将考场安排情况表及各考场监考教师名单报研究生招生办公室备案，研究生招生办将进行巡考;
4、答卷的整理和装订：复试笔试结束后，监考教师将试卷按照考生编号顺序(小号在上)每30份答卷整理好后交考务办公室。研招办负责组织答卷的装订、评卷、登分工作。
5、学院组织英语听力、同等学力加试科目的考试和评卷工作，并将考试及评卷时间、地点提前2天报学校研究生招生办。研究生招生办选派工作人员参与考试及评卷的监督和登分工作。成绩登分单一式两份，一份交研究生招生办备案，一份由学院留存。
6、4月15日下午前学院务必将《长沙理工大学2011年招收硕士研究生第一志愿考生××专业总成绩拟录取排名表》和《长沙理工大学2011年招收硕士研究生调剂考生××专业总成绩拟录取排名表》交研究生招生办公室。(见附件4)
7、4月20 日以前学院将《长沙理工大学硕士复试信息表》和有关表格及数据库交研究生招生办公室。(见附件6-8)
8、4月20日前将已考完并评阅的英语听力试卷、同等学力加试试卷交研究生招生办公室备案。
9、应届毕业生须认真学好后续课程、做好毕业论文(设计)等，不能如期毕业者将不予录取。
